This year has been a year of growth for me and my Baking Evolution platforms. A heartfelt thank you to the fellow baking enthusiasts and followers. Your support from home bakers following our live demos and providing the dialogue that keeps us engaged.
I am happy to announce that all my Pan Dulce recipes have been converted from industrial format to grams, and finally U.S. cups. It has definitely been a journey. A journey that leads us to this next chapter, and a new year.
Thanks again, for all the support and may we all continue to be blessed by ingredients to create and share more.
An old world powder cookie that gained its name from the Spanish word polvo, which means dust or powder, hence the crumbly powder cookie consistency. The Polvoron Hueco provides a hueco internal crumb structure, meaning hollow in Spanish. Although the name was adopted in Spain, the polvorón dates back centuries, with Moorish roots that evolved from the Arabic shortbread Ghrayaba, meaning butter cookie. This is a favorite for many, we hope you enjoy making it at home.
