This old-fashioned #sweet #bread is one of the oldest figures in the #pandulce category. The sweet pan fino dough is rolled into strands before shaping into a pretzel, then inverted onto rock sugar. My daughter calls them “Mexican pretzels” and they’re one of her favorites. Glad she has an appreciation for this tasty classic, and now can make it as well. 😉
